You can check out the nature journal for proof as it is originally posted there first and it's a realible source as far as I have seen. And also the researchers are from the top laboratories of China. So I think these things are enough to believe " A 3D nanoscale optical disk memory with petabit capacity" Btw they have mentioned the whole working theory of these CDs which also seems to practical
