Why there is a rule in Indian exams that to challenge a answer if it is wrong you need to pay. What's the logic behind this, students are not the one who has done the mistake then why would he pay And I have doubt that NTA uses this flaw for their

If it was free then every questions will be challenged. I believe there must be a refund system for wrong questions
