Define air - it's a combination of a lot of different gases mostly carbon dioxide - which is a green house gas origins from ofcourse volcano. Oxygen- from ocean plankton and plants, nitrogen and all others could be due to the prehistoric Earth collisions with other celestial bodies, but most of them could be as old as the solar system, just like the metals there ever older than solar system.
