first of all ideas are everywhere. Has this the potential to be turned into a business model. As per my knowledge lets structure it out 1. There will be suppose a platform of three stakeholders. Mentee(Looking for a skill), Mentors (The team or internal actors), the Investors(who will invest in business) 2. Now from an investors POV, why will he invest > To get profitable returns Where he will get returns from > From the margin of a mentee's salary who succesfully got placed right also our mentors are not paid yet he is responsible for that also also how business how will it run from invested money of investor?? Whats our mainstream revenue channel? Its rubbish if its only mentee 3. Just imagine the cash flow from where will you get it, This idea is totally a flop If its like the otherwise A business which finds suitable candis for some skill and runs their business with investors money gets most of them placed takes margin from their salaries we have already startups like that.
