Real estate in India is totally run by black money and it would be hard to organise the market which is running on Black money. Problems: 1. People avoid to invest their white money in real state. 2. Real estate is high ticket thing so people may avoid online investments. 3. REIT is too early for country like India it would easily take 7-8 years to aware about those stuffs.
