Okay, I'll also jump onto the trend and tell you guys an Indian story about condom business- Hear me out, India is the largest manufacturer of condom and the first ever condom was made from sheep's intestine and in India and in many west countries buying condoms is a shame. So, to help this a proud female from Bengaluru, thought to start her own condom venture in India , her USP was she would pack condoms in a box which comes with card to give it more effect like game , so people won't be very embarassed, but she had a lot of problems than usual doing this business... Being India largest manufacturer of condom, she thought it won't be a problem but when she talked to manufacturers , they refused to do it for her because she was a women. Even though her family supported her but whole world critisized her unfortunately but somehow she figured it out and focused on word of mouth marketing and it helped her business grow but not as much because - 1) nobody was ready to buy from a female.

How to actually find and land internship roles in startup companies?! I've a friend whose dad's a VC so it's easy for him to navigate through this space. Whereas, I personally find it rather difficult to find roles.

Try searching for startups in the internet or LinkedIn of your field. Check out news stories of the companies which are going for funding or have already raised funding. Check out your nearby companies, interact with few people and then show your interest to them they'll definitely hire you. Another easy suggestion is that interact with your friend's dad (VC) and try to get the list of companies he have invested and write your interests to those companies.
