Bruh reits are new way of investing in lands. See basically big organisations which will take lumpsum of money and invest in it company places, malls land and many more high value land. The best part is you can invest the money anytime easily same as stocks. You will get all the returns as the land value grows. You can sell when you want and buy when you want literally. So it will be easy to invest. Just imagine you bought a land and you are in an emergency of money and wanted to sell your land and many will use this urgency and the chances of you selling to low price is high. Reits solve this. But remember reits cant be your personal land. You don't have any rights on the land. You just invest and you will get the returns only in the forms of money.
