I think communication, in general, more understandable and efficient it is, the faster it spreads. Training and learning factor, if started now suddenly, might affect the growth speed, there is an opportunity cost that gets lost, on the other hand if we try to be more practical, inclusive, empathetic, talk less and work more, it might be better than current situations.
