Shark Tank India has come under fire for issuing legal notices to pitchers after the show has aired. These notices restrict the entrepreneurs from using footage of their pitches in promotional materials like YouTube videos, website content, or social media posts. The only mention allowed is a basic "as seen on Shark Tank" tagline. This creates an uneven playing field. While the show enjoys unlimited use of the pitches, the very businesses it aims to help are restricted in promoting themselves using the exposure they gained on the platform. Even we know there are some shorts that gets in trending on yt/ig ... Which have some insane clips from these pitches and all , there are people who don't watch shark tank but get to know about companies from shorts (even sometimes mešŸ˜…), now these companies will also face monopoly limitations...
