Is it true that coaching industries of entrance exams earn more than the institutes who accept such exams?

It's a common practice for science students to do entrance along with 11th and 12th. The entrance coaching centre will conduct weekend classes in each schools. They will start preparing the students from 11th itself for their Jee and Neet exams.
