I want to invest in PMS but didn't have 50 L rs. So I make a company and raise the 50 L from investors and invest those money into PMS for higher return. Later on with rising expertise and more investor money. Take direct control over the investment. Share your thought on this and with my expertise in finance and determination confident of the sucess of this idea. As ppl are hungry for return and there are no other option with the retail investor other than mutual fund. I know ppls who can invest in this. Just want to know your thought's.

Investors will look into your idea and invest in the startup. If you are going to invest in PMS and other stocks. No investors will provide you the funds.
