Then u can start with graphic designing,it doesn't require a gaming laptop or any heavy laptop ,it would work easily with Dell Vostro,U can start it by watching how to become graphic designing on YouTube .If u ask me ,u can start learning Photoshop or.adobe.illustrator first ,and if u have doubt that these softwares will cost u and u can't afford that then my suggestion would be that download it from torrent if u know how it if u don't know how to kindly DM me.
