Anchor keyword related reply - Ser, No one wants everyone to come through some elite doors. Common sense when it comes to revenue sharing. Unrealistic expectation when you hold the flag that I will get everyone through that door which can only allow a handful ones, if at all. They wont' decrease the bar of entry of candidates to those MAANG via such entry. Have some common sense😃 Prime example - Deep Mind co founder or tech pioneer quit and went discretly to a MAANG. You can't guarantee something for all, At those levels, It has to glo slow & steady Eventually this has to be realized then why not now ? 😃 #servantleader #practicalconcerns
