I uninstalled after a very bad experience. Got chased down by a scooty. The guy was drunk and probably wanted to mug me. He was shouting something in Kannada and probably had a knife. Luckily my bike guy was fast and smart to go to a police station asap and I was safe. Made my realise that i should never go in an EV BIKE ever. What was worse when we got to the police station the police found weed with the driver. Thank god I survived that day.

I regularly travel by bike. I feel Rapido had started off the bike taxi thing but I feel with attractive offers, ease of use and faster booking acceptance, Ola is slowly dominating this sector

Service is the worst!!

Rapido is a good idea on paper.But the way they have fought with government regulations, hats off to their on-ground implementation of Bike Pool Taxi without yellow colour number plate.

Well rapido is good! But I would like it if they can bring a revolution and add women drivers Which will even be safer for women to travel.

I have used it 3 time the experience was fine but the idea Of making bikes as taxi which saves a lot of money for the consumer is just awesome!

Rapido has really creepy drivers

So, I worked as a rapido rider for one day just for experience, thn I got to know that if I pay Rs 100 worth of petrol in my bike and I get only Rs 50 in change. Means I have to earn 100 rs from rapido so I have to fuel the petrol of rs. 50

Their navigation is nothing like it should be.

I think the mapping system, Google map showing a long route and ofcourse long route means more earning, but in start-up or business, customer satisfaction is must. I think rapido should improve mapping system like zepto, they used a short route.
