Looking for advice. im 24 who is a marketing generalist worked at startups since the beginning. I have recently joined a corporate where im managing a team of 22 where everyone is much older and more experienced than me. Its been 2 months since i joined the company but i don’t feel like i can do it also the team speaks a different language which i don’t and they are like a tight knight group where they aren’t exactly open to new members. I have been trying to be a good teammate not trying to get in a bad side of anyone, not trying to throw my weight around. But that is eventually ruining my ability to get the job done.
