How to run a retail business in the competitive market? I am doing a retail business of certain items the major customer are manufacturers. How to approach and convince Manufacturers to purchase the items from us. I am doing the retail for past four years but Making new customers are becoming very difficult. Okay, first off try to up your distribution game. Call distributors for free sampling sessions. Talk to young people who wanna get into manufacturing. These ways will wnsure you always have enough network to have a pipeline. I’d suggest a website (even basic one) would work. Once you do that they hosting webinars, make your people, existing customers more aware about the processes you use. Whats good, whats bad. Etc.

The best possible way would be to build an online space and add it up with a little marketing which is the recent trend and sucess . rate of such Business models are catching up as retail business.
