Online resources like Osmosis, SkillShare, Coursera etc are game-changers for visual and interactive learning. Way more engaging than dense textbooks alone. Also I think, The problem is a lot of these old-school med colleges have egos and think their antiquated methods are superior. They resist change and innovation.
