Seems like your friend was not interested and caring about your life and I think you should directly and clearly talk to him , explain Everything and then if he doesn't show intrest in your suggestion then simply ghost him because you already invest

I have explained him 10 times and I am giving advices and helping him from 2 years , over the same issue. Same issue. He himself goes and mess up himself and then what can I do? I've missed 5 entrance exams for him. What more can I do?

I think you should create some limitations between you and your friend and then slowly ghost him or you can fight with that guy .
