Singapore generates energy from people's waste .Why can't india do similar since India generates so much waste which later pollutes every city?

If we'll say anything in regard to this, will be termed as anti national. Its the governments we've had. They are construed and not risk taking. Look at the USA or any nation, they have grown because they welcomed the new inventions and upcoming technologies and came up with forward looking laws except coming up with restricting the technologies like is has always happened here.
