Nowadays, Meta runs so many WhatsApp ads on YouTube. I don't know why they add so many ads. I think they need more money, even though they already have 3 billion monthly active user

i want to trade in speciality chemicals, how do I find my customers ?
I have tried linkedin, email marketing, what's app messaging.
but no leads were generated, even if generated they are not converting to customers.
