One problem that i observing while growing up that the school , colleges and our education system and even our way of raising children replaces curiosity with compliance. And once you replaces the curiosity with compliance,you get an obidient factory of workers ( which i usually see in my college regularly)

Education system is all about making people less creative, they do not tell the students how to be more creative, many schools don't even promote sports, they skip sports/games period, people like John d Rockefeller who invested his money in education system said that “I don't want a nation of thinkers, I want a nations of workers.” In my opinion education system prime goal is to kill curiosity and creativity

Yes, I totally agree. It's like they prioritize following rules over encouraging us to ask questions and explore our interests. It can make education feel more like a production line instead of a place to foster creativity and curiosity. It's important to find ways to keep our curiosity alive outside of the traditional education system.
