Do you think many startup founders or upcoming entrepreneurs creating their own imaginary problems and trying to find a solution?

I can say one thing from my experience, in Small/Medium Scale Distribution Business(Catering 350+ Retailer Weekly within 60 KM Radius), it's hard to find ground level working/sales staff compare to 5 years back. Looking for solution to hire quickly.

A business who provide solutions in the society... always try to find out solution. Don't reserch for profit, research for 🧬 innovation.
