I'll share a paradox as my first post. The same thing which makes a company big, is the same thing that dooms it. Which is Distruptive Innovation. When entering a industry it helps you pave the path and get established. But when you're big, have investors, a present customer base, have to look as gross profit margins, it makes it hella hard to transition, if not done on time, might doom the whole company. It's always best to be flexible.
