I'll share a paradox as my first post. The same thing which makes a company big, is the same thing that dooms it. Which is Distruptive Innovation. When entering a industry it helps you pave the path and get established. But when you're big, have investors, a present customer base, have to look as gross profit margins, it makes it hella hard to transition, if not done on time, might doom the whole company. It's always best to be flexible.

It's pretty simple and easy to understand. With small bike you can take a quick turn , but with big trucks it'll be hard & slow . Same goes for well established company, there 1 step takes a year to implement while small company can do the same thing in a week .

So true. Yesterday i was talking to a friend of mine who works in Germany, as an automobile engineer. What he told me shocked me to the core. 1. German automotives know for their craft are slowly getting WAY behind. He was shocked that a software company like OLA has electric Bike’s here. Whereas they haven’t even started. 2. Leaderships become slow, stubborn, not open to ideas. 3, company closes to young talents. Hence they are apparently way behind, as the future is NO ENGINE, And Their only speciality is Powerful engines.
