Sam Altman, stated that he doesn't believe new hardware is required for future AI development, citing how most smartphones already have AI-powered features . He expressed optimism that a solution will be found to overcome the challenge of needing more training data to improve AI. Altman also said that he doesn't think the entity with the largest amount of chips and computing power will be the winner in the race for AGI . What's your view over this comment ?
