This platform could be used to give early access to beta products of startups, as most individuals here are experts at providing feedback. This platform could also be used to search for interns, as interns would likely be more active here and share more about themselves and their projects than on LinkedIn. Medial could be used for crowdfunding young startups and advertising them. And in all of them monetization is possible.

money can be made on the hiring pod, by using the users data just check who have knowledge of subject matter, if devs or others share their project insights then it will be more easy. and just sell it to company to give them best candidates.

Apparently, I am not fully supportive of this approach. It's nice to focus on community, but also testing early monetization strategies of what might work or what might not work out is equally important. Also, it gives more control to founders over their startup because it's their money and not dependent on funding, which gives more room for experimentation and growth.
