Lesson learned:Underatanding the real worth of an idea is the most difficult part. You can be sitting on the greatest idea and still do nothing about it just to find out a billion dollar company doing the same thing. On the other hand, you can have a ridiculous idea (may be a good problem but that doesnot make money) and work dedicatedly on it and wasting your precious time. How it helped: stopped obsessing over my idea and gave a second thought to the ideas I thought were ridiculous

Obsessing over distribution is good, but it doesn’t help with when your product has high churn. Churn will always outpace the distribution and hence the growth. Building a good product is still number one priority.
