How does the app make money then?!

I guess they are mainly focused on building the app more perfectly, after it is prefect they might start with posting ads into the content we consume, then they will make subscription pack which might include boosting a post , best features of the ap

Yeah that's evident but then how are they funding their expenses?? What kind of expenses do they occur though never researched about it any idea?!🤔
