Can anyone tell that if someone has a very good idea for a startup but he does not have the funds to work on that idea nor does he have the time to work on the idea, then in that situation, can he sell that idea to someone or not ?

I have read in someone's post that making your app support internationalization can make it grow faster, as country-specific languages boost user engagement. So I did the same with Habitide; currently, it supports four languages.
