Do Vc's invest on ideas ? Suppose a person has great idea but not have team and money to start a startup, then what should person need to do ?

You should assume the answer as No.
Why? Bcz those who get funding with only idea are people who have already build one startup and taken a successful exit or they have great team well know perfect team to build the product and startup.
