Too much content makes it a dopamine hit for few mins even that few mins are gone by in seeing that video itself. Never ever think that a yt video, reels and shit motivates or make you do Chad level shit at all. Either you motivated by your friends, family or the one you inspire from his life journey. What you get while watching a random video, reel is a instant dopamine. Motivation comes by situations, people you interact with after all.
