Younger individuals lack exposure to farming practices, while experienced farmers struggle with modern technologies. Solution: AgroGrad bridges this gap by creating a digital platform: Weekly Webinars: Experienced farmers (AgriGurus) host interactive webinars, sharing practical insights and techniques. Hands-On Learning: Learners participate in field visits, working alongside farmers during planting, tending, and harvesting. Digital University of Agriculture: Comprehensive courses cover topics like crop cultivation, soil health, and sustainable practices. Community Building: A supportive community fosters interaction and mentorship. Progress Till Now:Pitched the idea to Rob Strey (Co-founder and CTO of Plantix) for collaboration and mentorship. Received encouraging feedback and advice to start small and make steady progress.

I love the idea but I'm not sure of the model. The model is not scalable and it will be hard to evoke active participation without much incentives. In my opinion it would be better to build a community kinda app for maximum participation and share what's working and the conditions it worked in and stuff like that. Make sure to evoke the community feeling and try not to get too one sided like being too focused on Agrigurus and stuff. Just because there's a teacher doesn't make student listen class. It will be a good initiative and make it like a community effort, Rather than looking for profitability and trying to make a business of it.
