Personally, Zero to One by Peter Thiel and The Personal MBA by Josh Kaufman have been truly exceptional for me. I did not have a business background so, these books helped me gain valuable knowledge about business.
I've recently enjoyed "That Will Never Work: The Birth of Netflix" and "Zero to One" by Peter Thiel. I'm looking for more books that dive into the early days of today's most successful companies.
