What is a college degree worth studying for now that will still be useful in 10 years?

There are multiple apps and services regarding which college to choose or which branch/stream to choose. But not a single app or service to guide the students who want to get placed after doing bachelor's.

What I choose after BCA, two years MCA course or one year BCA honour and get direct entry in second year in MCA, so I get 2 degree in two years which one I choose ?
In few months I will complete my BCA degree and l have been placed by the college with a manageable salary. Is it worth it to go and study MCA or take the job which I got? Any opinions??
