It might work but has to be somewhere personalised for better learning as well. Sign language is the only thing they can learn so the visual system has to be user friendly.

Exactly we are building animated teacher trained by AI which is interactive for 2 way communication so that students can ask doubts in sign language and teachers teach in sign language.
