Hi guys I am back with another idea and need your help and I am very serious about pursuing it. I need your help. I want to start a newsletter in real estate business so here is the idea. I want to start 2 newsletter parallelly. 1. It will target Real estate investors and it will be a daily newsletter with following content A. Market updates like movement of property prices, reits, some kind of indicator also. B. Latest developments in the sector C. How to section which will teach readers how to identify good property, how to check if the builder is lying or not, in short how to be a smart real-estate investor D. Some kind of daily puzzle 2. This 2nd newsletter will be much more niche which will target builders property developers, brokers. It will be a weekly newsletter. It will have detailed quality content on one topic. What do u guys think? Please give your suggestions. P.S please do follow if you want to see me build this in public, i will post regular updates
