Not possible - plz tell you buddy to do a reasearch ! I have been in development of drones and in 10 - 20 lacs it's not possible at all . You'll be needing lots of components and none of them are available in India - Camera + Chipsets ? + Collision system - DJI work with Ambarella chipset , and they don't deal in India ..I already had talks with them
