Hey! We raised when there wasn’t an official company. Just a thought. Infact we registeted a private limited after we got our termsheet. Our VC lover our team and the potential in the idea. Will share in detail someday.

Yes It would be nice to know the journey on how Medial has raised 120k in pre seed round. Would also like to know what percentage equity was diluted. @Niket if you like to can you tell your journey on the process. Would be helpfull for each and every founder who is looking for funds
