Niche should be specific to scale how you will diversify each separate industry and offer services to them make clarity in thought.

also why people will pay you if they can settle the contract with themselves.

i have also thought of the same thing but the problem is that people will not hire a CA or a lawyer due to trust issues. companies want that there financial data is not leaked. and also its required more paper work so anyone will hire a CA which are located near to them.

Can be done. No one has achieved a scale in this.
