I don't agree with this. It depends on the copy as well how well the copy is suitable and how well it will fit. Our senior designer is a guy and his designs and aesthetics are off the charts. So it will not be completely true. It may have some truth to it to some end but not all

Social media is to connect.. if you look premium you will target the premium customers, post should be target audience oriented People didn't remember name it remember the logo and feel how it looks

That's actually partially true, girls have a good design sense I agree completely. But also there is case when they tend to take more time in small decision which may hinder deadline and major operation, like for a startup where time and workforce are both a royalty, fast decision taker and efficient people are needed. Both genders have multiple pros and cons . Great and keep it up ...
