Hey Nishant, after reading details about your product I must say it's very great and unique idea that you're working on. How you should launch this product? Look, your product ICP is people who deal with volume of emails on daily basis and their email inbox is clutter with unwanted emails. So cold email outreaching shouldn't be in your list because your ICP inbox is already clustered. Now your product offers emails directly on whatsapp so what if you directly outreach via WhatsApp with some crazy messaging like: " Hey, you recieved an email but guess what you don't have to open gmail to check and reply your emails" or anything that can be relatable. I'm open to chat with you regarding this.
