Why Indian startups do not reach to global scale? What's the limitations?

There are some Indian startup globally but they are not impactful because, Indian startup are mainly inspired by West world .. And in the mean time , west original start-up is already globally available.

So you are saying we are late to start and our ideas are somewhat copied from West to mould our Indian audience. But what gives west the edge? First mover advantage? Don't we Indians live in information age as well like them? What stopped us from being the one to build something like chatgpt first in our country?

Why are Indian Startups not that innovatory? Rather they are just build upon an already establish idea or something like that. And btw with innovation i mean building something genuinely interesting.
