I had same thoughts actually and I broke the problem down and figured : Why thinking of changing the field?. Only when they can't see their future in the current field, If given hope in the same field everyone will stay. (I'm sorry if been rude)
I agree definitely agree but I was on telling how the YouTubers and influencers fool the young talent and they completely get confused . I think you misunderstood
