Before starting any startup or getting into anything doing market research is very very important. Now a days there is no guarantee that the idea you are having is not implemented by someone else somewhere. And try to understand the audience, how will the audience react and accept the product. 1) technical side you have to understand what kind of people you want and what you are expecting from them. Firstly find a person who is experienced in leading the people a sort of team leader. If you have no idea about anything then he will definetely help you in finding the right people. Finding right people for right work can lead you to build a successful product. All the best 😊
