But there are better people out there who can create that algorithm in a better and cheaper way, also I am on the business side of things. If I do as you said it won't be beneficial for me personally as much as it will be for the creator of the algorithm

I think the Indian market should continue moving sideways for some time, as that would be beneficial. If the market suddenly surges upward, the growth might not seem as strong or sustainable.
