Why it always shows hours back and not exact time date as per ist

The recent trend where we are seeing millionaires leaving India and settling in some other country (Tax haven) disrupts some parts of the economy! Couldnt have found a better picture for the exact representstion!

What do you think about this type of office work schedule - 4:00AM morning 🌅 to 2:00PM ( 10 Hours ) And then full day they can freely enjoy everything in thier life ?

I believe by applying coupons and discounts we pay for what the product or service exactly what it's worth for otherwise we overpay....always. What do you feel?
