Yeah, that's what I mentioned . if the issue is complex lawyer can reject it and a message will be left to the user with lawyer contact details stating company might not solve this , however if interested he can personally connect with lawyer. So it is upto the user . For simple cases, the money would be same and lawyer cannot charge more. For example let's say it is just a document verification. Once lawyer accepts the issue, payment link will be sent to user. User pay the fee.. Let's say 200rs. Now it is lawyers headache to solve it ASAP. Even if he hold the case for 2 days he won't get extra money. So instead of keeping it for long time. He would solve it quickly so that he can get another case and get paid
