How's the algorithm of medial works? I posted content on Medial at 11:20 on November 8. Initially, I received two likes and one comment until 10:45 on November 10. Then, within about 26 minutes, I suddenly got around 100 notifications, including 44

It would be awesome to have information about how many people have viewed my post. It would help me understand whether whatever I'm posting makes sense to the Medial community by comparing views vs. likes or comments. Agree?
