Would it be good to create an application where customer can buy liquor at genuine price rate . What's your perspective on this??

Instead of selling liquor, create an So called alternative to it (like Cadbury created chocolate drink) or something whixh taste like alcohol. It would be hard but once you did, you may get funding as well

Well firstly thanks for correcting my grammar but i don't think i need a correction in my whole post. You should read properly, i have written exactly what i wanted to which is "create an so called alternative". I'm saying "so called" as none of the alternatives actually work. This is my suggestion, rest is upto you:)
