Never finished by David goggings... Like he said, it wasn't a self help book, it was a wake up call Basically spreading motivation through his autobiography

I liked Phil Knight's The Shoe Night and obviously Sir Kalam is very inspiring.

The Diving-Bell and the Butterfly by Jean-Dominique Bauby. It was a tough read. Another one would be The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank.
