Over two lakh kirana stores forced to close as quick commerce thrives -Metros, home to 17 lakh stores, account for 45% of store shutdowns.

Quick commerce mainly serves affluent customers in specific metro areas, where people typically shop at supermarkets Given this, does quick commerce really impact local kirana stores? Or am i missing some consumer section?

Quick Commerce apps are on the way to become the new Kirana Stores while also offering wider choice to consumers.
